Wine lexicon

Wine is captured sunshine. But it is dependent on many factors:
The vine variety determines the specific nature of the wine. The soil and its composition have considerable influence on the quantity and the taste. The area's climate, but also the specific location, determines the characteristic difference of vintages. The hours of sunshine during growth phase and particularly after the ripening period are for the most part decisive for the wine's quality.

The vine varieties in the Kraichgau-Stromberg wine country:
Many vine varieties are cultivated in the Baden-Württemberg wine country between the Rhine and Neckar by vintner's (Baden) and "wine gardeners" (Württemberg).

A toast to Baden-Württemberg in the Kraichgau-Stromberg wine country:
In the final analysis, your personal taste is always the decisive factor - no matter what label tells you and the wine experts conjecture.
